Confirmation that this is GW2 concept art is here.-- Shew 02:32, 8 January 2010 (UTC)
- The same picture(More or less) was supposed to be in GW1 in the asuran area, looks like they are migrating ideas.--Neil2250 10:37, 8 January 2010 (UTC)
- It does look very similar to old asuran ruins, cant wait to see whats in store for the story with this :) --aut (t) 10:45, 8 January 2010 (UTC)
Notice the Horse[edit]
I wonder if this is a mount, or a new way of inventory space, or maybe both.--Knighthonor 16:37, 8 March 2010 (UTC)
- It looks more like a pack mule than a horse. Though it should be logical and fun if there are inventory items that are showable outside the character rather in the character screen. (Side comment: this picture's title can be read in two ways :P) (Frizz 17:48, 9 May 2010 (UTC))
- /cougnomountsingw2saidalready, Also- please look at dates before commenting. (8 March 2010 to 9 May 2010) --Neil2250 17:53, 9 May 2010 (UTC)
- I recall no such announcement. Pretty sure they've said absolutely nothing about mounts. Source? --hexal 17:54, 9 May 2010 (UTC)
- Pretty sure they've said maptravel is in. Why the hell would we have mounts? This is just, again, Knighthonor trying to connect the dots to WoW. I don't know why he keeps doing it. --Naoroji 18:03, 9 May 2010 (UTC)
- Well, they were actually hoping to put mounts in GW1 (Utopia was planning on having mounts), but they were unable to do it. I don't see why they wouldn't think of applying this to GW2. I've always disliked maptravel since it just feels so unrealistic and sorta withdraws you from the "in-depth" feel of things. --Amannelle 18:26, 9 May 2010 (UTC)
- Asura gates will be the GW2 version of map travelling.-- Shew ♠♠♠ 18:30, 9 May 2010 (UTC)
- Good point, Shew. ^_^ I like Asura gates, and the concept art behind it looks amazing (especially the pics done by Matt Barrett. Lol I can just picture myself sitting in an Asuran Gate Hall. xD --Amannelle 18:43, 9 May 2010 (UTC)
- i can picture myself pulling an oakheart to the starting area of Humans and him killing them <3--Neil2250 18:45, 9 May 2010 (UTC)
- The pack mule is just for a NPC KH stop trying to relate GW to WoW - Giant Nuker 19:10, 9 May 2010 (UTC)
- Thats like asking Gw1:User:Ryuu Desu not to be a cat.KH' doesent ever listen to reason and will just get banned.so yay.--Neil2250 19:12, 9 May 2010 (UTC)

Caledon Forest anyone?[edit]
Certainly fits the description. -- Konig/talk 08:23, 2 August 2010 (UTC)
- Tbh I see no fitting at all :P, due to a lack of information xD --Naut 11:29, 2 August 2010 (UTC)
- It doesn't look like a forest though, more like a cavern, as the description states. Then again, it could be a cavern in Caledon Forest, but imo, there's nothing in that concept art which supports that. --Sirrush 12:32, 2 August 2010 (UTC)
